SHIPPING  &  RETURNS

All pieces are made-to-order and therefore all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art. Please contact us with any concerns or questions before proceeding with any purchase.

Client is responsible to carefully read the item (s) descriptions and contact us if there’s any further information needed and/or have questions before proceeding with any purchase. 

•  We take great care in describing all our products accurately. All listings include several natural (daylight) pictures that are as true as possible to the look of the artwork. Client is responsible to make sure the piece will fit well in the space the art is intended to be hung. Clients are welcome and encouraged to contact us with any questions or special inquiries such as requesting additional pictures and/or a short video of the artwork before moving forward with any purchase. Your satisfaction is our main priority, and we are happy to assist you!

•  Please note that due to screens/monitors differences slight variations in color may occur. Please contact us if you need any clarification regarding colors or overall look of the artwork.

•  Tathata Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items throughout transit. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, we fully insure all packages and the client must make us aware of any damaged or lost item (s) within 30 days of shipment in order to be able to file a claim with the carrier for a possible reimbursement. Please note that an adult signature may be required for artwork valued over $500.00. 

 

*Note to international costumers: For all international sales, taxes, custom duties or fees that may incur in the receiving contry are responsibility of the costumer. Please contact your local customs authrority to learn more about any fees that maight incur upon delivery. 

CANCELLATIONS:

•  Made-To-Order and existing artwork cancellations:

We will accept cancellations free of charge within a 24hr (upon date/time of purchase). A 50% fee will apply to ALL order cancellation requests that are submitted after the 24hr window.
